If you have driven formore than 10 minutes or more than 6 miles (10kilometres) at over 31 mph (50 km/h), add 0.3bar (30 kPa) to the values indicated on the label.Under-inflation increases energyconsumption. Non-compliant tyrepressures cause tyres to wear prematurelyand have an adverse effect on the vehicle'sroad holding - risk of accident!Driving with worn or damaged tyres reduces thebraking and road holding performance of thevehicle. Observe therecommended replacement frequency, stated indistance travelled or time elapsed, whichever isreached first.Free-wheelingIn certain situations, it is necessary to put thevehicle into free-wheeling mode (e.g. towing, ona rolling road, automatic car wash (Wash mode),rail or sea transport).Never leave the vehicle unattended withthe vehicle into free-wheeling mode.When the vehicle is fitted with anautomatic gearbox or a drive selector, itis strongly recommended to stay inside thevehicle when it is in free-wheeling mode.Release procedureWith the vehicle stationaryand the engine running:►Depress and hold the brake pedal.►Select and hold the mode N on the pushselector.►Press the START/STOP button around 1 sto switch off the engine (confirmed by theflashing of the P and N indicator lights).►Release the brake pedal to switch on theignition and deactivate the electric parkingbrake.A message is displayed on the instrumentpanel to confirm the unlocking of thewheels for 15 minutes.When the vehicle is free-wheeling, theaudio system cannot be updated (messagedisplayed on the instrument panel).After 15 minutes or reverting to normaloperation►While depressing the brake pedal, restart theengine and select mode P.Keyless Entry and StartYou must not depress the brake pedalwhile switching the ignition on again, thenswitching it off.
