If all of the indicators lamps are off, a slight airflow can still be felt as a result of the vehicle'smovement.Interior air recirculationThe intake of exterior air prevents the formationof mist on the windscreen and side windows.Recirculating the interior air isolates thepassenger compartment from outside odoursand fumes and allows the desired passengercompartment temperature to be achieved morerapidly.►Press this button to activate/de-activate the function (confirmedby the illumination/extinction ofthe indicator lamp).This function is activated automaticallywhen the front screenwash is used orreverse gear is engaged.Front demisting/defrostingThis mode allows the windscreen and sidewindows to be demisted or defrosted as quicklyas possible.►Press this button to activate/de-activate the mode (confirmed bythe illumination/ extinction of theindicator lamp).The mode automatically manages the airconditioning, air flow, air intake and distributesventilation optimally to the windscreen and sidewindows.The air flow can be changed manually withoutdeactivating this mode.With Stop & Start, when demisting hasbeen activated, STOP mode is notavailable.In wintry conditions, before moving off, it isessential to remove any snow or ice fromthe windscreen around the camera.Otherwise, the operation of the equipmentusing the camera may be affected.Rear screen demisting/defrostingThis demisting/de-icing only works with theengine running.Depending on version, it also demists/de-icesthe door mirrors.►Press this button to activate/de-activate the function (confirmedby the indicator lamp coming on/switching off).The function can be activated whateverthe outside temperature may be.The periodof operation depends on the outsidetemperature.Demisting/defrosting thereforeswitches off automatically to prevent anexcessive consumption of electrical current.Heated windscreenIn cold weather, this function heats the entirewindscreen and complements the AutomaticVisibility programme to speed up the evacuationof elements that interfere with visibility (e.g. dew,mist, frost, snow), located on either side of thewindscreen.It can be used both before setting off and whiledriving.Switching on/off►With the engine running, press this button toactivate/deactivate the function (confirmed byan indicator lamp).The period of operation depends on the outsidetemperature.The function switches off automatically toprevent excessive power consumption.Ease of use and comfort613
