Visiopark 1For more information, refer to the Generalrecommendations on the use of drivingand manoeuvring aids.When reverse gear is engaged, with the enginerunning, this system displays views of thevehicle's close surroundings on the touch screenusing a camera located at the rear of the vehicle.The screen is divided into 4 parts with two sidemenus, a contextual view and a view from abovethe vehicle in its close surroundings.The parking sensors supplement the informationin the view from above the vehicle.Different contextual views are available:– Automatic zoom view.– Standard view.– Panoramic view.Depending on the context, the system choosesthe best view to display (standard or automaticzoom).The view type can be changed at any timeduring the manoeuvre.The system status is not saved when the ignitionis switched off.Operating principleUsing the camera, the vehicle's closesurroundings are recorded during low speedmanoeuvres.An image from above the vehicle in its closesurroundings is created in real time (on the sideof the screen), as the vehicle progresses.This view makes it easier to align the vehiclewhen parking and to perceive nearby obstacles.It is automatically deleted if the vehicle remainsstationary for too long.An additional jet is fitted above the numberplate to clean the reversing camera(depending on version).SettingsIn the side menu:This window allows to adjust the vol-ume of the audible signal.This button allows to mute/unmutethe audible signal.This button allows to trig the camerawashing (depending on equipment).Activation/DeactivationTo activate the camera, engage reverse gear.The system is deactivated:– when changing out of reverse gear and speedgreater than 6 mph (10 km/h) in forward gear.– by pressing the cross in the top left-handcorner of the touch screen.Automatic zoom viewThe rear camera records the vehicle'ssurroundings during the manoeuvre in order tocreate a view from above the rear of the vehiclein its close surroundings, allowing the vehicle tobe manoeuvred around nearby obstacles.Using the sensors located on the rear bumper,the automatic zoom view is displayed whenapproaching an obstacle at close distance duringthe manoeuvre.This view is only available automatically.Driving162
